    Catering Frequently Asked Questions

How much advance notice do you need for a catering order?

We generally ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for standard catering orders (like Fajita or Taco Bars). For very large events (50+ people) or peak holiday times, 48 hours is appreciated to ensure we have everything ready for you.

Is there a minimum number of people required for catering?

Our “Party Packs” are typically designed for groups of 10 or more, but we can accommodate smaller gatherings as well. If you have a smaller group, you might prefer ordering family-style meals directly from our standard takeout menu. However, there is a minimum dollar amount of $200.00 for us to deliver a catering.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

There is a $25.00 delivery fee. We will need at least a 24 hour notice if you would like your catering order delivered.

Does the food come hot and ready to serve?

Yes! All hot items are packed in aluminum pans or heat-retaining packaging to keep them warm. We recommend picking up your order as close to your serving time as possible for the best experience.

Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?

Absolutely. Every catering order over $200.00 includes disposable plates, plasticware, serving spoons/tongs, and plenty of napkins so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Can I mix and match meats for the Fajita Bar?

Yes! The most popular option is a combination of Steak and Chicken. You can specify how you’d like to split the meats when you speak with our coordinator or note it in the “What are you craving?” section of the request form.

Do you offer full-service catering (servers and setup)?

Rosie’s specializes in “Drop-Off” or Buffet-Style catering. We provide everything you need to set up a delicious self-serve station. However we also offer on-site staffing for a wedding or large venue, please call the store manager to discuss availability.

Can I order alcohol (Margaritas) with my catering?

Due to local liquor laws, we generally cannot cater alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption. However, we do sell our non-alcoholic mixes if you wish to be your own bartender at home!

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We understand plans change. Please call the restaurant directly at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time to adjust or cancel your order without a penalty.

How do you handle dietary restrictions for large groups?

We can easily package items separately to keep your vegetarian or gluten-free guests safe. For example, we can provide corn tortillas instead of flour, and keep the sour cream and cheese on the side. Just let us know your needs in the request form.
