Do you take reservations?
Yes, we accept reservations for large groups. However, during our peak dinner hours (especially Friday and Saturday nights), wait times may still apply. We highly recommend calling your preferred location directly to book your table:

Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Absolutely.
- Vegetarian: We have a dedicated selection including our Vegetable Fajitas, Spinach Burritos, Veggie Quesadillas (packed with squash, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots), and Spinach Enchiladas.
- Gluten-Free: Many of our dishes can be made gluten-friendly by substituting flour tortillas for our corn tortillas. Our Fajitas (minus flour tortillas), Taco Salads (minus the shell), and most Enchiladas are popular choices. Please verify with your server regarding cross-contamination if you have a severe allergy.
Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes! All three of our locations feature our signature “Cantina” patios—festive, open-air spaces perfect for enjoying a margarita on a nice day.

We currently have three locations in North Alabama:

Catering & Large Orders
How far in advance should I place my catering order?
For most “Party Packs” and office lunches, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice. For very large events or full-service requests, please contact us as early as possible (at least 1 week) to ensure availability.
What is included with catering orders?
Our popular Fajita and Taco Bars come complete with everything you need to build the perfect meal: choice of meat (Steak, Chicken, Shrimp), rice, beans, fresh tortillas, chips, salsa, and all the fixings (sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and pico de gallo).
Do you offer on-site setup or serving?
Most of our catering is designed as “Drop-Off” or “Pick-Up” buffet style, perfect for offices and home parties. If you require full-service staffing for a wedding or large corporate event, please call your local store manager to discuss custom options.
Delivery & Takeout
How do I order delivery?
Our Florence locations partners with DoorDash (link to ordering form) to bring Rosie’s directly to your door. Our Huntsville locations currently do not offer delivery.
Can I schedule pickup orders in advance?
Yes. You can place a Curbside Pickup order through our website. You can choose “ASAP” or schedule a specific pickup time for later in the day.
What is "Curbside Pickup"?
It’s our contactless to-go service. Simply park in the designated “To-Go” spots at the restaurant, and our team will run your fresh food out to your car window—no need to come inside!
Menu & Dietary Needs
Are your tortillas gluten-free?
Our flour tortillas are not gluten-free. However, we offer corn tortillas which are a great gluten-free alternative for tacos and fajitas.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes. Our Vegetable Fajitas are a great vegan option if you omit the sour cream and cheese (and request no garlic butter). Our Guacamole and Salsas are naturally vegan.
What dishes are kid-friendly?
We have a full Kids Menu! Favorites include the Kid’s Quesadilla, Tacos (Soft or Crispy), Chicken Fingers, and Macaroni & Cheese. All kids’ meals come with a drink and a side.
Payments & Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards online?
Yes! You can purchase physical gift cards on our website and have them shipped directly to you or your loved one. We offer denominations from $10 to $200.

Do you accept Apple Pay / Google Pay?
Yes, we accept NFC mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) at all locations for both dine-in and takeout orders.
